Create Your Own Paper Plate Animals

Hi kids! Today, we will have some fun making cute animal crafts using paper plates. It’s easy and exciting!

Materials Needed

• Paper plates (white or colored)
• Colorful paints or markers
• Googly eyes
• Craft glue
• Scissors
• Felt or colored paper (optional)

Steps to Make Your Animal

1. Pick an animal you like. It could be a cat, dog, elephant, or any animal you love!
2. Paint your paper plate in the color of your animal. For example, use grey for an elephant or brown for a bear.
3. Let the paint dry. In the meantime, cut out ears from colored paper. For a cat, make triangle-shaped ears.
4. Once dry, glue the ears onto the top of the plate.
5. Add googly eyes and draw a mouth to bring your animal to life!
6. Your paper plate animal is ready! You can make a whole zoo!
