Steps to Create Your Paper Mache Art:

1. First, tear the newspaper into small pieces. They should be about the size of your hand.

3. Blow up the balloon or use a sturdy cardboard shape as the base for your art.
4. Dip the torn paper pieces into the paste, then stick them onto the balloon or cardboard shape. Cover it completely!
