The human body works all the time. Even when we are asleep the body is working. The body needs energy to work. It obtains energy from food that has carbohydrates. Rice, chapati, bread, potatoes, ripe mangoes and bananas are rich in carbohydrates. A small amount of fat is needed by the body.
Fat to provides energy to the body. Food items such as butter, cream, ghee and meat are rich in fats.
