Create Your Own Beautiful Paper Flowers

Materials Needed

• Colored paper
• Scissors
• Glue
• Pencil
• Green pipe cleaners or sturdy straws for stems
• Markers or crayons for decoration (optional)

Steps to Make Paper Flowers

1. First, take a piece of colored paper. You can choose any color you like!
2. Draw a flower shape on the paper with a pencil. You can make it simple or complex, just like the flowers in your garden!
3. Carefully cut out the flower shape using scissors. Ask an adult for help if you need it.
4. Now, take another piece of paper for the petals. Cut out smaller shapes to glue onto the first flower for a layered look.
5. Glue your petals onto the flower. Let it dry for a moment.
6. Finally, use a green pipe cleaner or a straw for the stem. Stick it to the bottom of your flower with glue. Your paper flower is now ready!
